Worth & Violet is proud to bring you quality merchandise.  The majority of the items we sell are not mass produced. Many are unique works of art. Many are crafts made individually by hand.  It is each of these items uniqueness that makes them special. Items shipped may vary slightly from their picture.  We try very hard to describe each item as accurately as possible. Please play close attention to descriptions and dimensions when purchasing items. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Nancy is an amazing artist that truly represents the spirit of Worth and Violet.  We are proud to have her as a partner. When she is not traveling the world, Nancy can be commissioned to create arrangements in the Thai art of sculpting flowers.

Worth & Violet currently ships merchandise only to the United States. We offer parcel post / 2nd day / and next day shipping. Our shipping and handling fees are as follows.

Sales Tax

 

Sales tax of 7.75% is charged to all orders shipped to California in accordance to California state law.

What you can expect from Worth & Violet

- Quick responses to requests for Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) numbers.

- Immediate credit on your card upon the arrival of returned products.

Our Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us in an unused condition within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you a full refund.

 

Personalized items are non-refundable.

 

Restocking fees will apply on Custom Orders if they are allowed for return. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Making a Return to Worth & Violet

 

Please follow these steps to expedite the handling of your return.

1) Send an email to
customersupport@worthandviolet.com requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number. In this email please remember to include your name, order number and the item(s) that you wish to return.
2) We will email you back with a unique RMA number as well as the address to which the product should be sent.

3) Pack the item(s) in a sturdy box and ship the box via an insured shipping service. The RMA number MUST be clearly written on the outside of the box when it is returned to us.

4) We will issue your credit the day the product arrives in our warehouse. Please note that credit card companies can take 2-3 weeks to have the credit show up on your statement. If you are concerned, please do not hesitate to call us or write us via email.
